Trade conditions
| Eligibility | Business buyers only — vintage stores, archive specialists, select retailers. We do not sell to individual consumers. |
| Minimum Order | EUR 1,000 per order |
| Target Relationship | Recurring monthly orders of EUR 1,000–1,500, with Sei Hasegawa acting as dedicated Japan-side buyer for your store |
| Payment Methods | PayPal (preferred) · International bank wire (EUR / USD / GBP / JPY) |
| Payment Terms | First order: 100% prepayment · Subsequent orders: negotiable on established relationship |
| Shipping | DHL Express International (preferred) · FedEx International Priority (alternate) |
| Incoterms | DAP — import duties and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility |
| Delivery Time | 7–14 business days from order confirmation and payment |
Returns & authenticity
| Returns | Claims must be filed within 7 days of arrival. Accepted only for verifiable condition discrepancy versus the listing description. All other returns are not accepted. |
| Authenticity | Every piece is personally checked by Sei Hasegawa against tags, construction details, and reference materials before dispatch. Any authenticity concerns must be raised within 14 days of arrival. |
| Condition Grading | All items are graded and described at the time of listing. Photographs and condition notes are provided on request prior to purchase. |
